My story

Hello! I'm Ellie and if you may have guessed by the business name, I am a coeliac who loves to bake.

My gluten free journey started in 2018 following my diagnosis, and what started as a challenge soon turned into a passion. Over the years, I've perfected recipes that are so delicious, friends and family often question whether they are gluten free!

A lot of persuasion later, and here I am hoping to share my creations with those who also struggle to find tasty treats (minus the gluten, never the taste).

I have completed Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety, Level 2 HACCP and have been given a 5 star Food Hygiene rating from the local council ⭐️

These cakes are amazing!
They are individually wrapped and made in a GLUTEN FREE kitchen, which is all the peace of mind I need as a Coeliac.
Unlike any shop bought GF cakes, which I usually describe as Joy Free, these are delicious, the texture is perfect and the only problem I have is making them last as I just want to dive in as soon as they arrive.

Delivery has always been on time and the cakes arrive in one piece (well 4 actually, but you know what I mean!)

I almost don’t want to post this review… I don’t want to risk them being sold out!

From the get go the website is easy to navigate, you get an email confirmation and once they arrive you are even more satisfied. The packaging is adorable and for the most important part they taste amazing! Gluten free who? You would never be able to tell. The lemon one was my favourite! 🍋 Can’t wait to order some for Christmas!
